Application: Commonly known as a Clean-in-Place system, or CIP system, it is also referred to as in-place cleaning. Clean-in-place means that equipment does not need to be disassembled or moved. High-temperature and high-concentration cleaning solutions are circulated through the equipment to thoroughly clean surfaces that come into contact with food. It is suitable for the cleaning and sanitization of production equipment with strict hygiene requirements.
Product Specifications: 500-10000 L, available in single-tank, two-tank, three-tank, and four-tank configurations. The system can be customized according to the required production capacity.
Working Principle: The CIP cleaning system mainly consists of an acid tank, alkali tank, water tank, concentrated acid tank, concentrated alkali tank, plate heat exchanger, supply pump, return pump, and steam control valve assembly. The complete system is automatically controlled to realize supply, return, and circulation. When the cleaning solution reaches the preset temperature, it is circulated through the entire production line for cleaning. If the temperature is insufficient, the solution is heated to the preset temperature through the plate heat exchanger. The CIP return pump then recovers the used cleaning solution and returns it to the corresponding tank in the CIP system, or discharges it through the drain outlet.
