Application: Commonly known as a Clean-in-Place system, CIP is the abbreviation of Clean-in-Place, also called in-place cleaning or positioning cleaning. Clean-in-Place refers to cleaning equipment without disassembly or movement. High-temperature and high-concentration cleaning solutions are used to thoroughly clean equipment surfaces in contact with food through strong cleaning action. It is mainly used for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment with strict hygiene requirements.

Working Principle: The CIP cleaning system mainly consists of an acid tank, alkali tank, water tank, concentrated acid tank, concentrated alkali tank, plate heat exchanger, supply pump, return pump, and steam control valve group. The entire system adopts fully automatic control to achieve one-way supply, return, and circulation cleaning. When the cleaning solution reaches the preset temperature, it enters the complete production line for cleaning. If the temperature is insufficient, the solution is heated to the preset temperature through the plate heat exchanger. The CIP return pump recovers the used cleaning solution back into the corresponding CIP tank and discharges it through the drain outlet.
